On this occasion, we met on the second Wednesday of the month because of conflicts with the New Year's Day events. We discussed the following items:
- We discussed preparing for the presentation of the Vietnam War Commemorative pins.
- We also discussed obtaining a "Declaration of Public Utility" which would allow donations made to the Post to receive a tax-exempt status.
- We are going to be setting up a WhatsApp for the Post.
- Discussed the Valentine’s Day Event which will take place on February 14.
- Terry Wise and Martha Rollins discussed the trip they took in December 2018 to assist the Cabecar people in the Telemanca mountains.
- Finally, we reiterated the importance of every veteran preparing the necessary paperwork which will help their widow in the event of their death.
